great staff and doctors. excellent run clinic.
The doctors there are great. Would love to give 5 stars if not for the horrible receptionist I have to deal with. The receptionist - HORRIBLE. Doctor issued the wrong swab test for my child. The Clinical Labs nurse next door was kind enough to point out the referral did not look correct. So I went back to the clinic to find out. The receptionist's curt response was something to the effect that if the doctor issued it, it must be correct. Otherwise. he's engaged now, and if you want to ask, you have to wait. Dr Lionel is brilliant for my kids. He's very attentive, engaging, caring and knowledgeable. I have seen Dr Maya on a few occasions and am very happy with her professionalism and expertise. Would highly recommend Medifirst as they are truly a family clinic. The waiting rooms are inviting and always clean.
