My first visit to Madison Family Dentistry after 48 years with another Dentist in Huntsville, The appointment started on time and the Dental Hygienist was highly educated and professional and did a great job explaining her process of X-Ray and in the teeth cleaning. Dr. Paul McIntoish did a thorough job examining my teeth for the first time and explained each step of the process and results.
My trip to Madison Family Dentistry was one of the most relaxing to be a dental office. The staff there is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere overall was very positive.

Every visit I have, my experience has been very professional, friendly and helpful. Appointment time is right on time and there is no wait time. DR. and assistance are very patient. They work with you in every situation. They understand their patients weaknesses. Very good office staff, you feel welcome throughout your visit. You are treated with respect and the name of the business says it all "FAMILY".

Everyone in the office is very friendly and a pleasant environment.
Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortablel; from the front desk, all the way through procedure. Felt totally comfortable asking questions, (even if I had asked before) and I was, once again, how pleasantly comfortable I was during any procedures. This is not usually how I feel in a dentist's office, so I would give a Grade A to all and would certainly recommend Madiison Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist. I had a wonderful experience with Madison Family Dentistry. The staff was very helpful and sympathetic to my needs while listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. It's nice have a dental office that has true concerns with how their patients are feeling and trying to accommodate and explain everything along the way.
Dr. Emily was amazing with my 6 year old! My daughter had to have a groove smoothed and sealed. Dr. Emily walked her through each step and letting her feel and understand all that was going to happen. They hygienist was wonderful, also. Very patient!
