Received a warm welcome at the counter. The staff was friendly and attentive. Received straight forward information about my care from Dr.McIntosh.
As always Dr. Emily and her staff were wonderful. Had a crown come loose (from years before I met her :) ) She got me in right away, and was on my way within a half an hour. Can't say enough about the Maidson Family Dentistry Practice. A1- Top Shelf service and people.
I had an old crown removed to expose decay underneath. Dr Paul carefully administered a large dose of Novocaine. That part as well as the crown removal, the drilling, and preparation for a new crown was completely painless. Thanks for that and for explaining what was happening at each step. This is the day after and I have had no residual pain at all. The temporary crown looks and feels fine. I am looking forward to getting my new crown installed in 3 weeks.

I have visited the clinic on four or so ocassions for dental care. I can say that at each visit I was greeted and accomodated through the process/procedure by a staff who are professional and courteous. Dr. Paul is great guy and dentist, who explains what he is doing step by step, as he is doing it even down to the equipment/tools he using. I believe that he provides an honest and genuine assessment of care needed and he get the job done. Thanks.
