HUGE shout out to Abe who has worked so patiently with me to get my mobility scooter for the office. I can highly recommend this young man for any of your mobility needs. There is a short, older heavy woman with a smokers voice- she is unprofessional and discriminating. I came prepared after working with my doctors office and BOTH insurance companies to determine which mattess/bed would be covered by my insurance. Everything was verified and ready to go- I only had to test the mattress to make sure I liked it. When I walked in she was judgemental and rude. This is a wonderful place. We’ve rented transport chairs before from them; this time the stay will be longer term so we purchased several other pieces of equipment. Jim who helped us is very knowledgeable about the equipment and helped us to get the right size for her needs. Also made sure to tell us about the price break for WC rentals vs. purchases.
