I had a ceiling lift installed in November. Jim was very responsive to all of my questions leading up to scheduling the installation. During the installation, the installer showed me that the end caps did not fit properly and that he would try and get some different ones. No one contacted me after a week and a half so I e-mailed Jim about it. I have e-mailed him 3 times asking for new end caps or at least a refund for the parts that didn't fit since I don't have them. So my power chair was down. I called this please to see about running one. I had no idea what a captain Chair was. I thought it was gonna be like mine with the Recline tilt lean back elevator. So I went ahead and rented one over the phone when it got to me it was a scooter and they have audacity even though I had it from Thursday evening until Friday morning to charge me $125.
