Front desk argued that I had to physically come see the Dr even tho I just needed a referral for an emergency surgery that they had already given a referral to. The same type that they sent me to just didn’t do surgery. Then they I had just come and did blood work in July. Then, I went on and it STILL took a while. We choose this place because of the reviews, BIG MISTAKE!!! My husband went in because he had ear pain. The doctor was friendly but it was really hard to understand her because of her strong accent specifically when she was talking about the insurance (we ended up just agreeing) . The office was small and clean but it seems like they don’t have professional equipment. When we got to the room and she was tending to my husband and I was just listening (I’m one week postpartum) she made a comment “you have depression, you need ... read more
