Waste of time and money. Possibly need antibiotics for an infection, waited in the online waiting room for ages, ended up having to ring them, told me they had to 'chase up' the doctor, when doc arrived he just told me to go to urgent care/a&e, don't waste your money or time with this video doctor service!
