The most unprofessional staff. The doctor was really nice and knows what he is talking about but the office manager (which happens to be his wife) really stopped me from seeing the doctor just because I didn’t have my copay. I was in to get an echo THREE weeks ago and when I finished the tested I asked her “how would I receive my results.” She answered me “the doctor will call you.” I had to call and ask what was going on because I hadn’t heard anything in three weeks and she replied oh we haven’t received them yet. The service provided by Dr. Toledo and his staff was amazing. The attention to detail was comforting. My first time going to a doctor since my teens (12+yrs ago) and medics primary made it a stress free visit.
