My family and I have been attending Medics since it first opened and are so thankful to have such a high quality medical clinic so close to home. Doctor Jaya is always so thorough when assessing us and the care and professionalism she provides us with is second to none. The office girls always go above and beyond to assist where they can and are always welcoming.
I have been a patient at Medics for a few years now and I highly recommend this Practice. I have had excellent care during the time I have attended the clinic. Doctor Leena is my GP and I have also seen several other Doctors there and highly recommend them as well. The Doctors, Nurses and staff are very friendly and very easy to talk to. Thank you for the great care you have given me.
I have had consultations with 3 different doctors over 5 years all of whom are very thorough & courteous. The ladies in reception very helpful & always have a smile.
I see Dr Jaya, and have been supported by the other doctors as well when Dr Jaya is away. I have only had good experiences at Medics, with the doctors and also the nurses and reception staff! Everyone is kind and respectful. Would highly recommend all services to anyone. Even having relocated outside of Craigieburn, I continue my medical care here, for the trusted services! I have been a client at this clinic since it opened and for that reason I want to share my experience with Medics At Craigieburn, the girls at reception always greet me with a smile and if possible a lovely chat, always respectful of my needs and privacy!
