Doctors visits are never ones favourite - when you are greeted by such a friendly receptionist and have a doctor that sincerely cares then the whole experience can be so much less stressful. I am thankful for the effort Medicross Hendra have gone to to make patients visits as comfortable as possible. I travel an hour from home for this very reason.
