Listen, Dr Lotter is the absolute best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to, But that receptionist is god awful to interact with and it's a battle every time me or my mother wish to make an appointment, the anxiety and stress she causes for no reason is ridiculous, she weighs him down like a block of concrete And this clinic will never be the best it can be with her there.
