After 8 years with this practice, I won’t be returning. The reception staff have consistently been rude, condescending, and dismissive. After being a long-term patient, I was charged a missed appointment fee and told I couldn’t come back until it was paid. I get it’s normal to pay a cancellation fee but being told your not allowed to come back until I payed was really petty and upsetting. They will book you in for visits without informing you why. It appeared more income orientated versus patient centred. The medical and nursing staff seemed lovely.
