Medicrew team are always professional and caring ,they go above and beyond to ensure their patients get the services they require. Mr Steven Jones is extremely caring and truly wants to get the best results for his patients. I would highly recommend Steven and the Medicrew team to anyone who is looking for a reliable professional medical centre.
Nurse/practitioner Steve Jones is always thorough and caring. He gives you all the time needed to get a result within his abilities. Although you have to call up early to get an appt and wait a little to see him. It is always worth it and way better than any other practice I have been to
Dr made me feel humiliated about my condition said it was “the worse she had seen” whrn I already felt embarrassed about it. Zero compassion, and said surgery is very expensive and very painful (wow thanks for making me down and helpless on my low income) and basically brushed me off. I asked if the surgery can be done at the hospital so I can save money and go through public system - “no because it’s not life threatening’ abruptly ok no worries. Every staff member I have dealt with at Medicrew have all been incredible. As a patient of over 5 years now. Steve and Dr Jonsson, the reception staff and the nursing staff have all been integral to our families health, and I am so grateful for them. Everyone is always kind, knowledgeable and professional :)
