Had a great experience at Medicover Fertility. The doctors are very supportive and explained every step clearly. Staff is friendly and the hospital is clean. Highly recommended for fertility treatment.”
1. They are not transparent about cost estimate. Wont explain if asked about details 2. Runa mam good in marketing, no comments about technical skill 3. Money minded, force you to buy medicine in their store, when i can get 10% off outside hospital. They dont recommend generic medicine 4. My cost was far more than the estimate they provided 5. Watchmen was on his phone when I reached, and was very rude in answering. He even said, You may not have even heard about IVF, This is IVF hospital. Utter disgrace! This shows the employees customer centricity!
