I’ve been out of my meds for over 2 weeks. I spend my breaks and lunches on hold trying to get through to do a refill and I’m never successful. Every month I have to call my doctors office to let them know I’m having a hard time with this pharmacy and they have to call the pharmacy for me. It’s so hard to connect with them it is sad and pathetic. I want out!!!!

Horrible pharmacy! Especially their billing department, I have been calling for months and have not received one call back!

What should I say about this pharmacy. Not sure what kind of team they hire for their staff. Specially their marketing team. I won't be saying her name but Her initials are BR. I work for the doctor office and this lady came to office to tell us about her pharmacy and their services. I sent her few RXs and they screwed up upside down. What I think is this is very unprofessional when you promise something and don't deliver it.
