BUYER BEWARE!! Find another brand! Wish I had never wasted my time trying to buy from Medicool!! After Young Nails Desktop e-file was sold out I decided to buy Medicool. Kept checking tracking, day before it's supposed to be delivered FedEx says a signature is required - but I am not going to be home, I work days. I try to set up pickup at Walgreens but FedEx says they can't. I email Medicool, they tell me they can set up the pick up for me but I have to call them (??? Why?) but can't after 5!!! BUYER BEWARE Horrific purchasing and customer service. I ordered a brand new drill for $435. It stopped working ONE WEEK later. Now they are making me send more money for inspection to return/repair it. The fine print says they can, at their discretion, send a refurbished drill. Imagine being charged 435 dollars for a used machine. Pathetic and inexcusable... BUYER BEWARE
This is regarding #454111 return service authorization, a real number as an evidence of the faulty service this company has. I bought a manicure/pedicure nail file machine that cost about $400. Also bought the warranty plan. The warranty doesn’t cover anything. They just say that the warranty agreement is just for factory defects, even by buying the warranty plan. DON'T PURCHASE A MEDICOOL! I Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I used the turbofile 2 a total of 6 times before the handpiece broke. Turns out it would be 65$(shipping, to and from, and handling cost) to repair even though the product was still within warranty. I could buy a new handpiece for less than that! I won't be purchasing from this company anymore! I advise you to stay away! Too bad for them, I was looking at buying a few other products to supply a dental lab. NOPE!
