I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Medi Connect. They took advantage of me when I was already vulnerable after suffering a very serious crime. Dear Management, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent care provided by the doctor. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of certain front desk staff members. In particular, I noticed inappropriate speech and tone, such as long pauses during phone conversations, sarcastic-sounding farewells, and a tone of voice that came across as condescending. Dr Badu is probably one of the worst doctor iv ever seen. Didn't understand some basic English. And after talking to him and repeating myself telling him my work would not let me back as I'm not 100% and still in pain, says I'm all good to go back! Like, how?!?!?
