I experienced inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members, specifically an older lady. I requested the manager's contact information to report this, but the staff were unable to provide it. Worst experience ever

We work closely with Medico Mobile on a regular basis and have had consistently positive experiences. Cindy and Mariel are professional, friendly, and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and handling appointments.

I recently visited for a health exam and had a very pleasant experience. I was initially anxious after reading some reviews, but I found the process to be smooth and straightforward. The examiner I worked with was kind, respectful, and easy to work with. If you follow her instructions and comply with what’s required by your future employer, everything goes smoothly. I have been visited so many places for D&A test but what I have experienced today was unprofessional and the nurse she was so rude completely out of order words with their customer. Not recommending to anyone to come here until they re-train their staff to a professional standard.
