I booked an appointment just the day before. On arrival the receptionist was courteous and friendly. There was no wait to see the doctor. He was friendly yet professional. The nurse who administered the vaccination was just lovely to deal with. And I was bulk billed to boot. Could not have been happier. A great team - thank you.
Useless practitioner who lie about fact he can help with my issue just try to charge me extra 40 $ for (longue consultation) I was only 3 min on his office. Kind a joke we getting now scam by medicine.
I have paid for the service that i don't need which is blood test. but they didn't even send me the result of my blood test, instead of that they asked me to pay for another appointment to get result. just to inform me that the information that i already knew.
Went in there to see a doctor after having major surgury just days before, wanting to get my dressings changed, the doctor refused to change the dressings, i asked him for pain relief medication he also refused. Your are patheic i have six surgical insisions and a 20cm by 30 cm mesh sticthed and about 30 screws in the mesh and a 4cm by 4cm internal wound thats just been stiched up , iIm in serious pain. I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this medical clinic. The doctors were not clear about what documents were required or what steps we needed to follow. The instructions were confusing, which made the whole process stressful and frustrating. Even though we had a booked appointment, we were made to wait for 30 minutes. Additionally, we had to fill out the same form twice because the doctor did not clearly explain what was needed the first time.
