Drove 40 minutes for bulkbilling offered at this clinic for concession card holders. Only found out once getting there that it was just standard billing and fairly expensive too. The receptionist was weirdly passive aggressive about it and attempted in as many ways as possible to lay the blame on me - saying that I should’ve called up beforehand or accused me of booking the appointment incorrectly.
From the moment you walk in the door, this Medical Centre is phenomenal. It’s professional, organised, all staff are impressive and focused to provide patient focused services. I had been searching for a Dr who I could truly trust. I have a chronic illness which is difficult to manage - not here, all the Drs are wise and patient- you are more than just a patient. I’m happy with my service at the doctors here, I don’t have to wait long which is good
The staff are great and easy to talk to, the practice is easily accessible (ramp).Parking is free and available.dr Andrada is very professional.i didn’t even have to wait long for my appointment.the patients are good, they mind their own business.Train and bus station is 5 minutes away and it’s bulk billed.
Dr robina is amazing. She really listens. Thorough and caring. Makes me feel at ease coming to the doctors under her care and has helped me get my life in the right direction with abilities and services she has been able to provide for me. Thank you
