Dr. Chitra works in Clayton Medical Clinic has absolutely the best blood collection skill, second to none. I do my blood test every half a year since I got high cholesterol issue, Dr. Chitra will be my go to doctor in the rest of my life! I’ve also sent a feedback to Clinical Lab, she deserves top level wage and bonus!
Very good Dr's here can highly recommend, especially Dr Guy Churchman, with decades experience, also Dr Hanafi is also amazing, caring and attentive.
Very clearly gave my case to the doctor, severe insomnia and anxiety. He gave me 2mg of melatonin and told me to meditate. Thats what we call a QUACK. Very clearly stated my metabolism is faster than normal and im well past melatonin but he knows best at knowing nothing apparently! Never will recommend anyone to this place if they hire doctors too scared to prescribe medication that actually helps because they are terrified of being audited by the drug administration. Horrible. The reception staff at Mediclinic Clayton were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic empathy and courtesy. In a medical environment, it's important to have staff who are approachable, understanding, and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service and staff training.
