I had a massage with Amy this past Sunday. I do office work and work quite a bit on the computer so my neck, chest, shoulders, and hips are constantly tight and in pain. Amy did an amazing job working through everything I had told her. I like pretty deep tissue but she listened to my breathing and told me she would ease just a little bit when it became too intense for me. Amy sat down with me prior to my first massage to really understand why I was there and what areas needed more attention. She was able to adjust pressure to my needs and gave a thoroughly impressive massage. Once it was over we went over areas that were tight and what I could do on my own to help limit or reduce that. Amy is highly knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
