I had my vaccine booked but I had to cancel last minute to being called out to work. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the staff for always being so kind and positive on the phone. Never passing frustration or showing stress during my correspondence. I can’t imagine it’s easy taking so many calls and answering the same questions over and over again.
