Always professional, fast and efficient. Helpful when necessary. Very friendly staff, always greets you with a smile. I prefer the smaller pharmacy over the big corporations, they get to know you and it's nice to know that your an important customer, they actually take the time to explain important information when necessary. I really love the Medicine Shoppe.
My dog needs a special medicine that's unique and is compounded there. No other place I know of will do that. Very happy with their service, timeliness and pricing.
Love this pharmacy. The pharmacist has provided compounding for my bunny, Roger Rabbit, and he has a special flavor he likes. She always calls to double check the flavor. They also have delivery for the times you cannot make it there and that is a huge benefit. The delivery person is wonderful. This is for Danville, KY pharmacy.

Each time i call go to or get a delivery everyone is so kind and i always get help im so apprecitative that theg have the pill packs ready for me each month and they call to let me know or i call them. Thanks medicine shoppe workers.
Great service and a lot faster refills than the big box stores. I like the selection of CBD as well.
If I could give more than 5-stars for "Service" I would. I ended up being frustrated with the other nearby pharmacy and chanced it by stopping by The Medicine Shoppe. They are beyond friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. AND, as an extra bonus their prices are better too!! I cannot say enough good things about them there. I'm so glad they're here in OLD Saybrook. Thank you Med Shoppe!!!
I had been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for a year, until the Pharmacist/owner refused to fill a prescription for a family member. The way he talked down to her was disgusting. First he refused to come out and speak to her, in person, he said "I am busy" since when does a pharmacist refuse to speak to a patient? Then as he continued over he phone to patronise her, she had it on speaker, I began to explain the situation to him, it had only been 1 week since she had her first script filled there, she had to get her birth ... read more
Normally, OK, but dropped by the pharmacy, today, at approximately 1:30, 5/22/2018, to pick up a prescription. There were NO OTHER customers in the facility, but there WERE at least five, maybe six women visible in the back of the store, behind the counter. I then stood at the check-in/check-out counter, next to the cash register, for AT LEAST five minutes, no exaggeration, receiving no acknowledgement of my presence by anyone.
