I called their office to see if a script was in that needed a PA was in. I heard someone in the background say, "that's the one that keeps calling, tell her it's not in," before they even checked. I called just twice in two weeks. Rude.
Great friendly staff and always on top of the customers needs!
I came to the Medicine Shoppe because a competitor pharmacy didn't have the prescription I was looking for. Not only was I out the door in less than 10 minutes but the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be getting all my prescriptions filled here from now on and I would recommend the Medicine Shope in Springboro to anyone!

Why anyone would go to a superchain is beyond me. Tom and his staff fill my prescriptions in 5 minutes. They call me by name and know my drug interactions. Reminds me of the old Gaskin Rexall drugs in Satellite Beach from the 1970's. Very personal service from a wonderful personable staff. Thanks Tom! Kim S.
