I drove two hours for them to just reschedule my appointment twice without notice, Incompetent secretaries think my time is free. I Didn’t receive a confirmation message for my appointment at first time for them to tell me that I didn’t have an appointment over there even after telling me to grab a pen a paper to write the date and time of today’s appt.
