Dont book appointments on line. I called after not receiving a reply two days, turns out they dont even respond to online booking. Now they dont have an appointment for another three days.
I booked in for a complete physical. A complete physical is 30 minutes as it requires for both genders a skin check for moles or abnormalities, eye check, ear check, lymph node check, bloodwork, and reflexes check. I've been a Medical Office Assistant for 9 years. If for females, a PAP every 3 years once the age of 25, and breast exam is also included. I call about my appointment to say I'll be 5 minutes late. Based on my experience with the receptionists. There is only one there who knows what she is doing. I got a follow up PAP done in 2023 due to having a high risk lesion on my cervix in the past, that if wasn't treated, would've turned into cancer. I look online as now results are available there, and my PAP results show no data, meaning the test failed. I never got a call, and no notice to let me know to come re-do the test.... Came in to get my knee checked out after twisting it a few weeks ago. I was hoping for a referral to physio or at least a proper exam, but the doctor just pressed on my knee and asked if it hurt (which it obviously did). That was pretty much it. He gave me a prescription, and I didn’t think much of it at the time. I ended up picking it up at their pharmacy, and it cost me $15 for 20 tablets. The worst doctors office. Been waiting 5 days for them to fax a prescription. I can’t even function normally without my meds. They don’t care about you here. Go somewhere else.
