Disappointing experience of health care from Dr Atwal. Unfriendly get you in and out and unwilling to discuss health problem. Also young girl in reception was unfriendly and rude. The older women at reception was extremely helpful and friendly.
Recently moved to the area-and having to start over again at a new medical practice could have been daunting-but not here! From my first enquiry at reception I was made to feel seen and welcomed. I have found the reception team beyond amazing with their ability to go the extra mile. Dr Richard Hayter whom I am seeing is also exceptional and actually listens to you and you don’t feel rushed!
One of the lady who answered the phone was very raises . It only happens whenever her-pick up the phone . But other people are very helpful. Can’t blame to organisation because of one person.

Oh wow. I can't believe this. I went to book in and realised I recognised the Director and the entire team. Decided to get my health care elsewhere! This group were being public nuisances and all completely drunk and intoxicated and being loud and obnoxious, yelling and causing discomfort to other patrons at a local upmarket restaurant.
