My grand daughter 2 years old became quite dispondent and hot to the touch. I took her to this doctors surgery at 11am on Monday 15/09. There was no available appointments with a doctor or a nurse. "Fair enough" I asked the receptionist if I could borrow a thermometer just to check the baby's temperature. An immediate NO with attitude was the answer. I said I was willing to pay. The Dr’s are great, understanding, nonjudgmental and friendly. The other staff are awesome too. Feels like family l.
My first appt at Medicine at Blackwood and with Dr Caitlin Rosenthal. What a great doctor - thorough, friendly, caring and I felt listened to. Admin ladies - friendly and helpful. Thank you a totally professional and caring experience.
I have recently started coming to this clinic as I moved away from my previous location . Very welcoming and friendly staff at front reception and Dr Sarangi & Dr Mendis whom I have been consulting with have been very supportive and helpful. They have a caring approach and make you feel comfortable with trying to get you know your situation adequately.
