Mum has been seeing the podiatrist here, Daniel, for a few months now. He's one of BEST health care providers we've ever seen! He's so lovely, professional, knowledgeable, funny and kind - and soooo good at what he does!!! Truly the kind of person you want looking after your family member/friend. I’ve been struggling with my mental health for a while and came to this clinic and was treated by Dr Rebecca. I told her about how I was struggling a lot with my mental health and she gave me pills and sent me on my way. Didn’t really show much kindness or was interested in talking through what was effecting my mental health.
This is not my personal experience but that of a very elderly relative. I find it very difficult to understand why this practice does not bulk bill seniors. This is the only practice within a reachable distance for my relative whose only mode of transportation is a mobility scooter. Please note this relative is 90+ one time they had an accident outside the surgery and the practice attended to the wounds and then charged $100+ without informing my relative who is only on a pension.
Absolutely amazing experience getting the flu shots for the whole family - Dr Kathy and Nurse Tracey were lovely, warm, helped keep our toddler happy through the whole process and the shots were easily the least painful we’ve ever had (honestly didn’t feel it). The appt was also on time and super streamlined - we’ll be booking all our shots here!!
I have had a disappointing experience on several occasions. When I book a standard appointment with my GP, it is usually to discuss one or two issues. However, the doctor has changed the consultation to a long appointment without informing me beforehand.
