Absolutely amazing experience getting the flu shots for the whole family - Dr Kathy and Nurse Tracey were lovely, warm, helped keep our toddler happy through the whole process and the shots were easily the least painful we’ve ever had (honestly didn’t feel it). The appt was also on time and super streamlined - we’ll be booking all our shots here!!
I have had a disappointing experience on several occasions. When I book a standard appointment with my GP, it is usually to discuss one or two issues. However, the doctor has changed the consultation to a long appointment without informing me beforehand. I’m quite disappointed with my recent experiences at this clinic. Appointment times are rarely respected — even when arriving on time, there is a long wait. What’s frustrating is that once you’re finally seen, the consultation feels rushed, as if they’re trying to catch up on lost time. On top of that, the front desk staff have been consistently unfriendly and at times rude, which makes the overall experience even more uncomfortable. Sadly I say Avoid going here if you are elderly or a Pensioner with disabilities. This is Still my local GP because it's close & I have Mobility Issues. However, reception staff are ok but being a Medical Centre ,it is run by their bosses & pushed on them as a business & NOT a caring hub, just to make $ . They don't bulk bill Seniors or disabled only looking at the almighty $ . I don't know how the Dr's Feel if the $ out rules their Hippocratic Oath .
