I will happily drive out of my way to pick up prescriptions at Medicine Man than sit in some drive-through line at Walgreens or CVS. Great local pharmacy!

My wife and I had a very troubling experience here. A pharmacist refused to process a valid prior authorization, even after our insurance, HR department, and provider all confirmed it was active. He was dismissive and unprofessional, insisting he was correct while refusing to take the basic steps needed to help. We had to move our prescriptions to another pharmacy, where the authorization was handled immediately without issue. Patients deserve better care and professionalism than what we experienced.
