My wife and I had a very troubling experience here. A pharmacist refused to process a valid prior authorization, even after our insurance, HR department, and provider all confirmed it was active. He was dismissive and unprofessional, insisting he was correct while refusing to take the basic steps needed to help. We had to move our prescriptions to another pharmacy, where the authorization was handled immediately without issue. Patients deserve better care and professionalism than what we experienced.

This pharmacy started out great when they were smaller. There is one gentleman who works there who is incredibly kind and always knew me by name, but unfortunately my overall experience has become so disappointing that I will not be returning.
