I’m a home owner here for just over 5 years and can honestly say the present office staff and maintenance staff have all been amazing! Our park has never looked so good and welcoming! The ladies in the office both work hard and make you feel welcomed when you stop in. They listen to issues and do their best to help find solutions. And maintenance, the best thing they did was hiring a second person, so much more is being done in our community with the extra set of hands.
The management of this park have a one-sided view of things if your friends with them they will treat you very good if you are just a lot renter of the park good like nothing will ever get done for you.
Lori, the newer Park Manager is absolutely amazing and friendly. She genuinely cares for the owners AND renters here and so does our new Maintainence Man. Our only complaint is Cove Communities yearly lot fee raises when we've lost cable, internet and other original included bundles, and dont see a break in our lot fees. Eventually it wont be worth paying for just lot fees when a whole house to rent will be the same if they keep this up. However, we know that is a Cove Communities Call, not Lori's.
