Traveling across multiple provinces i noticed my back tire was in need of being changed. I was in Moose jaw Saskatchewan at that point and called prairie harley davidson in Regina and was told they couldn't do it for 2 weeks. I called multiple places in moose jaw and still no luck. I continued west and got to medicine hat and that was it I couldn't go any further as I had worn through all layers except the last one. Ran into a minor issue, that could have major consequences, noticed a faulty new front tire had massive cracking on the sidewalls. Only had two days to get it fixed as was visiting g from out of town.. they got me a tire delivered and fitted the next day.. great quick service
Took my dirtbike in March of 2022. Took 2 years for them to get it rebuilt only for the issue to not have been fixed. When I showed up to pick my bike up they charged me current labor rates instead of the rates that they were charging when it went into the shop. Anytime I called I was met with excuses. Wont be doing business with them again.
