Best dental office in town. Right from the moment you walk in the door. The lady at the front desk Kaitelyn she is such a friendly lady who knows her stuff. The ladies in the back are absolutely wonderful as well. I will always bring my family here. Overall a wonderful place.
All the staff here are amazing. As someone with a major fear of the dentist, I was very nervous when I knew I had a dental emergency. From the initial call for the appt to the end of the treatment, all the staff were amazing and extremely understanding and accommodating.
I hold these people in the highest regard. I had a huge abcess, was turned down on other clinic in town. The team at Medicine Hat Dental, was kind, the way that makes you relax and feeling "not judged", they were professional, and they helped me out of severe pain. Im really thankful.
Everyone was really nice to talk too.
