I moved to Yukon 8 years ago. I had the same pharmacy back home for over 20years. As a type 1 diabetic it can be stressful to switch pharmacy . The team at medicine chest have been nothing but amazing and helpful. They accommodate when I drive in town last min from a small community, they follow up with me when I have questions and they look up information about reimbursement or anything. Thanks

Best pharmacy in town by far. Very knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists, great communication and very reliable.
With lots of staff pharmacists and staff available for getting through by phone - the calls are answered right away, no hold time! A great alternative to Shoppers where, though the staff is wonderful, Corporate appears to prefer skeleton crew short staffs while Medicine Chest Pharmacy offers full staff. Being able to get through and speak to staff, along with a full complement of Pharmacists techs and assistants, without long wait times makes the difference.
I just wanted to say that Jordan at Medicine Chest is SO helpful! I have chronic migraines and she was very invested in making sure I had all the information I needed to know about my medications. Having a pharmacist listen to your needs and show that they truly care is what everyone deserves! Thank you Jordan :)
