Monday, while standing at the counter having medicine filled, I requested a refill of a monthly script and asked it be delivered. Tuesday and Wednesday passed, no medicine. Thursday I called and was told they were working on it and it'd be delivered that afternoon. Thursday afternoon I called again because it's 4:30 and still no delivery.
