Real deal Tibetan Lamar. So down to earth and full of joy, compassion, and wisdom. Thoroughly recommend!
First visit to center. Definitely recommend going and meditate. Lama Tendar doing prayers was amazing to listen to and practice.
An experience can be had on all levels, from weekly meditation meeting lovely people, to sound healings, to profound teachings on retreat. It is very much a keep your mind open and willing to learn and gradually it all starts to make sense. And Lama Tendar is very approachable and caring. My happy safe place for sure.
