Medici Orthopedics & spine is a game changer when it comes to relieving pain, knowledge in their field & having completely satisfied patients! My name is Gregory Harris, I was a patient of this orthopedic clinic for the past 9 months or so. I recently had a traumatic experience during my last visit on 12/18/25. I attended my pre-op that was scheduled on 12/16/25. The Dr that I spoke to that day thought that I had already had my RFA procedure done. I informed him that it was scheduled but had to be cancelled due to a family emergency. I do not write reviews normally. As a person that has been dealing with pain, I felt I had to write this one. I have only been here a few times. The ladies here are so patient and caring. Jilly, Robin, and Loretta are so pleasant. Robin always has a pleasant demeanor and makes you feel welcome. Jilly has the most positive and upbeat personality that can lift you out of the most saddest of moods. Loretta is calm and great listener. I have enjoyed my experience here.

This review is a bit overdue as I visited three times with my mother for her appointment. We are warmly greeted each time we come. The ones who impress me the most are Gilly and Courtney. Gilly is the sweetest and remembers each detail my mother has discussed. What can I say about Courtney that could do her justice? She just has a real heart for her patients.
