The doctors are all lovely. They work hard. Have good bedside manner. The receptionists are a particularly special brand of inept however, and seem to care very little about professionalism or doing the job right the first time. I tried to make an appointment, and the receptionist told me "Oh, you don't need to make an appointment for that, we can FastTrack you." So she dissuaded me from making an appointment. the worst experience ever- way too sad as Canadian Healthcare doctors are trying to be ‘professional bullies.’ I arrived at 12:30 for my 1pm appointment and waited till 1:35 and doctor was sitting in the other room keeping me waiting. The front-desk staff asked me to try Medi centres on the other side of town while I arrived half and hour early for my appointment in the first place. Wish there was option for zero stars for health professionals and front desk staff.
Why is this clinic even here? Walked in 3 times only to be turned away. 1st time no doctors in clinic. 2nd time, only one doctor and not taking walk ins. 3rd time no doctor for the evening. Ridiculous! I won't waste time trying to go anymore. Oh also the receptionist is so unwelcoming.
