I saw a doctor on Saturday and thought I would be better by Monday for work, had severe flu, so didn't get a DOC cert for work, then on Tuesday needed to make an appointment to get one etc I left it too late so only option was private billing, I told the receptionist I literally came on Saturday and just coming to get a DOC certificate so would he no more than a 5 minute appointment like the one I had on Saturday, and I asked what fees would be payable, she said they range from $90 to $300, I said it will be a 5 min appointm... read more
