Update: following this review, the practice contacted me on the phone number I gave them for my medical care and asked me to amend the review. I’ve chosen to leave it up and add this note instead. I do have some privacy concerns as a health provider generally can’t use the information for an unrelated secondary purpose. Very poor experience with the reception management at Medicentral today. I had already been waiting in line and had arrived before others. I then went up to the counter, but at that point another male patient walked over from a different area and approached the staff member. I immediately told him that I had arrived before him and explained clearly that I had just seen him coming from another area. 앨리스 킴 선생님께 진료받았습니다. 여행중에 갑자기 생긴 병에 증세가 심해서 불안에 떨면서 갔는데 선생님의 진료를 받고 안정을 찾았습니다. 덕분에 여행의 남은 일정도 잘 소화하고 귀국해서 너무 감사합니다. 해외주재원 생활을 해서 외국인대상 병원에 대해 좀 아는데 병원비도 합리적인 편입니다. 중심지에 위치해 있어서 위치도 접근이 수월한 편입니다.
I had a very disappointing experience at Medicentral during my child’s vaccination appointment today (Saturday). I arrived on time for our 11:30am booking and informed the nurse that my daughter had taken Panadol 30 minutes prior, as advised by our doctor, and kindly asked if it would be possible to proceed when available. Her response felt procedural. When I tried to describe my experience, she repeated the same closed question. She declined to provide a Mental Health Care Plan, stating I should return to my previous GP (who is now 20km away, which is why I sought a new GP) and required a blood test as a prerequisite.
