Rating: -10/10 — Extremely Disappointing! Absolutely terrible service! I booked an appointment, yet I was kept waiting for an entire hour, only to receive a consultation that lasted just 5 minutes. Very disappointing experience at Medi Central Sydney with Dr Hongxia. We booked a 3:30pm appointment and waited almost an hour to be seen. My girlfriend had a high fever and a painful/infected throat, but the consultation felt rushed. She was only advised to take Panadol and Nuromol. I was concerned that no swab/tests, antibiotics, or clear explanation were given about why antibiotics weren’t needed. I also felt the doctor was not very concerned about how unwell she was. Too crowded, great food.
50$ aud, not expected gap fee. For a 5 minute consultation(and didn't got(need) a prescription or any papers). I wish they are not listed in provider list for private insurance. What's the freaking point when you will have to pay this much 🙄
