Extremely unprofessional front desk lady. She hung up on me while trying to figure out my prescription issue. She told me it is "common sense" that I should need an appointment when I asked why they don't call to remind me that I'm due for an annual visit. I then asked if I can speak to Dr. Kazi or someone else directly and she hung up on me. I see I'm not the only one having issues with her. Dr. Kazi is amazing but the receptionist and medical staff are awful at communication and rude at best. I’ve been waiting for almost a week for a call back on a prescription I had an appointment to fill. Every day I was told call back later, call back tomorrow, someone will call you back and yet I can’t get a response from anyone about what is going on. Office receptionist is horrible and good luck getting prescriptions refilled!!
I always used to visit Dr Kazi for urgent needs. However, she is never available anymore. It took two hours today to complete our visit for two patients. I went in at 2pm and came out at 4:10pm. The hearing and vision test failed for my son unfortunately because they did not have the correct devices for children or a way to test vision for child that does not know his letters correctly.
