Legitimately, I am sick of this place. The nursing staff, all kinda rude. When I make an appointment, I always plan to be there for at least 2 hours. Ever since switching to Memorial, I can no longer message my refill requests in if my auto-refills get denied because nobody wants to send the prescription over! Dr. Kazi also seems to be always out of the office as well (been trying to schedule a referral appointment for a while, but she seems to always be unavailable!). Just go somewhere else is all I can tell you. Nurse is basically non responsive to calls and emails when you need refills and overall just unhelpful including Dr. Kazi. Moved halfway across country and asked for refills to get to next year for annual physical and they said no. Just find a different place to see a doctor is all I can advise. Receptionist is also not helpful.
Extremely unprofessional front desk lady. She hung up on me while trying to figure out my prescription issue. She told me it is "common sense" that I should need an appointment when I asked why they don't call to remind me that I'm due for an annual visit. I then asked if I can speak to Dr. Kazi or someone else directly and she hung up on me. I see I'm not the only one having issues with her. Dr. Kazi is amazing but the receptionist and medical staff are awful at communication and rude at best. I’ve been waiting for almost a week for a call back on a prescription I had an appointment to fill. Every day I was told call back later, call back tomorrow, someone will call you back and yet I can’t get a response from anyone about what is going on.
