Excellent service front fest, all three ladies are amazing g . Dr. Sierra us amazing doctor, she made me so comfortable and at ease.
Absolutely amazing experience. I have no idea why there are only 2 stars on this clinic. Everyone was so kind, respectful and welcoming. The entire staff. I walked out feeling like my health was a priority and that they cared about my well-being. Having a lab on site was also amazing. I got to see a Dr and have blood tests the moments later. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am very thankful to have found this place. To all the staff thank you.
The doctor is great but the receptionists are not giving accurate appointments so you never receive a call when they say you will. Also they over book too much and then cannot meet their appointment times faithfully. For the fourth time now I have been told I will receive a call and I am yet to receive one. It’s to the point you don’t even get a call from them to let you know your appointment has been canceled. I’m not sure what’s going on but I am very disappointed and unpleased with the lack of professionalism.
The complete and utter lack of organization in this clinic is ridiculous. I had a one week follow up after a c-section for me and my infant on June 5th, booked with Dr Nida Basit. Now, I love her as our family doctor - I truly believe she cares for her patients and has brilliant bedside manner. I have always felt listened to and validated by her. Dr. Tobi is a good doctor and accommodated my queries. Phlebotomist, Mr. Arshad is excellent. He collected blood from me and my son and he only did one prick for both of us. He is professional. Calling reception area for follow up appointment is not that good. Call waiting time at first is 26 mins- I hung up because it was taking too long; then second call 16 mins, not a good average waiting time for phone calls.
