Mark was excellent to work in navigating my husband and me through the Medicare program and all the options. While I did quite a bit of research before our first meeting there were several options that mark pointed out that helped us make our final decisions. He was patient with our questions, did multiple touch points to make sure we were getting the mail and or notifications.
