My doctor is great, but unfortunately the low rating mainly comes from the front desk experience and how the clinic seems to be run overall. Trying to get ahold of someone by phone during business hours feels nearly impossible, and the reception staff really affects the overall experience. I also find that appointments often feel very rushed, which is frustrating when you’re trying to discuss important concerns. Rude receptionists, cuts you off and tells you one thing but it never happens. Wont recommend them. Such a shame the doctors are good here but the receptionist are terrible
Receptionists are always rude. Wait time is always at least an hour even when you have an appointment. I honestly don’t understand how they operate. They need better structure and a better attitude.
I have visited this clinic many times and have grown to have some concerns about how they operate 1. First time I was there, the receptionist wanted to charge me 45 dollars to check my blood pressure (she forgot to charge me, and after then, no one has attempted to charge me since) 2. If you are there for WCB, you have to make it known that you are coming in for WCB.
