INCREDIBLY LONG WAIT TIMES. Wow... Mind-boggling how slow this place is. Trying to reach them on the phone is even worse, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I've called 13 times in the last two hours, waited on hold... NOTHING. This is insane 😡
Absolutely amazing experience getting blood work done! Arshad was fantastic — gentle, confident, and very professional. I didn’t feel the needle at all. He did an incredible job and made the whole process completely stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone who feels nervous about bloodwork.

They are attempting to use AI for things like scheduling and notetaking. The AI application for scheduling is a chat bot. That is absolutely terrible. Good luck booking with your doctor.
This clinic is extremely difficult to reach. They never answer the phone, whether you’re trying to book or cancel an appointment. It’s frustrating and feels irrelevant to have a phone line if it’s never picked up. Patients deserve reliable communication, and this lack of responsiveness makes the clinic very inconvenient.
