Dr Shami is wonderful but the front staff are very rude and I am consistently in waiting room for over an hour even when i make appointments over a week in advance.

He takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. His availability and professionalism are truly 5-star quality
Reception staff and Dr.Shami are excellent. The wait time can be excessive at times but today is quick
Christina at Hardin Medical 2 (new location) is awesome, helpful, quite accommodative, supportive and always provides excellent customer service with smile. Dr. Ahmed Ridwan is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and empathetic. I am quite satisfied with service and recommend it. Thanks.
