"I am very impressed with Dr. Ridwan Ahmed from Hardin medical clinic. As a young doctor, he is extremely thorough and dedicated to his patients' well-being. He takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. His availability and professionalism are truly 5-star quality
Reception staff and Dr.Shami are excellent. The wait time can be excessive at times but today is quick

I had an issue with the front desk lady, not Cristina, but the other lady. She was being rude and seemed to think she was superior she thought she was born in Canada and speaks English well. What really bothered me was that she laughed at a woman who asked 'How much time do I have until my appointment?' after waiting for over an hour. I think she was mocking the woman's English, which was really unprofessional, in her community( Philipino ) where many people may not speak English as their first language. She’s incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Cristina’s professionalism and friendly personality make every visit a pleasure.The doctor was wonderful patient, attentive, and truly caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
