Very bad they can’t help with my gov account And very bad customer service
Very kindly let me know and friendly all staffs
Applied for 3 months ago for Medicare card, got replied in post mail that my wife isn’t eligible for it unless married to an Australian citizen or pr, then sent the marriage certificate via mail back to them. Then called again after one hour waiting in que just to get informed they didn’t received the documents and have to send again via email now, already done send it through, and called again to get same answer that the documents didn’t go through. Is it really that hard to get it done right ?
