I WENT THERE IT SAYS OPEN BUT CLOSE
The staff seem to be in a bad mood all the time.
I cannot believe how streamlined Medicare has become! Automated entry machines (where you fill in your Medicare # etc.) farm you off to the general waiting area (ticket/sms ticket in hand) and within minutes, I kid you not, I was served! I was expecting the old hour-long wait. Nope. Friendly service staff. My query was resolved within minutes. So impressed. Not nearly as harrowing as I expected. Nice1
