Every month we (at work) are missing an entire months supply of at least one medication. We no longer get green slips to let us know when a prescription needs renewed. We don't know until it doesn't get delivered for the month and then we are left playing phone tag between Medicap and the doctors, when in the past medicap would contact the doctors for us. My most favorite recent screw-up was getting a medicine delivered in parts when it should have been mixed AT Medicap by the pharmacist! Get it together Medicap!!
