Compared to CVS & Walgreens, Medicap feels like a luxury pharmacy. They answer the phone! It doesn't take 2-3 in-person trips every month to actually get my prescriptions filled! They even appear to have enough staff to provide the services they advertise. Outstanding!

Finally, a pharmacy that actually serves it's customers!!! Have used several others over the years (Bi-Mart: Very Good, but now gone; Walgreen's: Slow; Peace Health RiverBend: Disaster +++), but this one definitely surpasses the others. They are accurate, charge correct co-pays, and has things ready when promised! Definitely recommend!!!

I switched from bi-mart to this place and it was very easy. It was simple. I went to their website and just had to hit the new patient button give a little bit of info and done. I've always been simple it's nice to see that even this process can be and should be simple. Thanks Everett.
