Medication is never filled at the same time. 2/3 of my meds will be there and I have to wait for my 3rd. I will deliberately wait to pick them up all late at the same time and the same thing happens every month. It would be nice to have my Medication on time and only have to stop there once a month.

Yikes as far as basic customer service skills, properly running medications through insurance, and answering basic questions regarding how to resolve the issue before shutting the window while I’m simply trying to understand what’s happening. You never know where a person is at in life, and what’s going to push them over the edge. There’s no reason to be so rude.
