I Got approved to go into work late just so I could pickup my prescription when they open at 830am. I waited in my car until 835 & then went through the drive thru. Staff was very obviously annoyed that I was there so early & told me I’d have a 20 minute wait. That was fine, understandable. Then while I’m waiting another male staff member tells me if anyone pulls behind me in the drive thru I’ll need to move. Ok, a little rude but I was ok with it. Very sweet doctor/pharmacist. Gets you in quick and gives you honest feedback. Not judgy at all and really easy to talk to.
Ashley was extremely helpful over the phone when I needed help with my prescriptions and answering questions I had, she did not come off frustrated or inconvenienced by my additional questions. I really appreciated how nice and caring she was.
Monica was great! She was very thorough and always asked if I had any questions during my visit with her. This is a great service to have in our town as we only have 2 dr offices. The booking on the website was very easy to use. She is very helpful with helping you find what you need!
They mess up my meds literally every single time I go here. Im type 1 diabetic they keep shorting me a bottle of insulin. And giving me the pens knowing I dont take that kind. Told them time and time again at this point I think they do it on purpose, everytime I ask they blame my Dr office or insurance talked to both both provided proof it was medicaps end will be switching to hyvee
