This pharmacy staff is willing to go out of their way to help their clients who are on Medicaid or Medicare. Sometimes the billing for public payer sources is complicated and confusing, but these people were willing to sit down with me and try to find a way to get needed funding/coverage and then tackle contacting the Medicaid/Medicare helpline to follow the process to the end. They have genuine sympathy for their customers.
