I've been a Tech at Medicap since July 2016. However, I have been doing this kind of work for over 20 years in various settings-- I have to say, in all that time, I've never heard sooo many customers compliment and commend us and/or our Pharmacist as they do at Medicap. So, from my side of the counter, I appreciate that a lot! We really do aim to please and make a difference. Our customers rock!
Very disappointed with this pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for years, and they acted like it was such a burden to help me out. The staff member who assisted me at the drive up window was very annoyed that I wanted a receipt. The pharmacist told me how to take the medication and then shut the window and walked away, not giving me any time to ask questions. I was shocked! Such poor customer service!!
If you want to drop off a script, and pick it up in 15 minutes or less. You should come here! Everyone here is also super nice, and fun to visit with.
