Over half the Time we need a prescription, I’m notified that the prescription is ready to pick up and when I get there, they’re clueless about it and asked me to wait 20 minutes while they fill it or they don’t even have it at all. Doesn’t seem to matter if I go there straight through my doctor appointment or wait a day, or two, or even a week.
Can trust them to take care of your needs.
Almost every other time I need to pick up my prescriptions they tell me at the window that I have to wait another 10-15 minutes. I even call ahead to check if they received and how much. Why isn't that an indicator to just start completing the prescription? And why tell me "we'll get that started for you." When in fact it's been over an hour and it's not even done. Somehow my wife gets hers on time but yet mine never seems to be done on time. Super frustrating.
In 12 months of picking up med packs they have never been ready. They always have some excuse that not all medications are in stock.
