FRAUD. Charged me Copays Contacted United health care and told me no co-pays. State of Ohio needs to investigate them. They acted like I was trying to rip them off when they were doing the stealing. Contacted insurance company multiple times they said they couldn't get a hold of them. LIARS and FRAUDSTERS.
